PSQUARE Hospitality Group is a Chicago based restaurant management group, with a successful track record of over 20 years history in operations, restaurant management, and ownership in the restaurant and design industry.  The hands on approach of the Executive Team, including Li P Zeng (President Officer, Business Development, Construction and Design), Wei P Law (Executive Vice President, Business Relations, Management), and Cherie Cheung (Chief Financial Officer, Events, and Management), along with the veteran management team, spans the entire hospitality cycle.

The flagship restaurant, Niu Japanese Fusion Lounge, is located steps away from the elegant Gold Coast and famed Magnificent Mile, the iconic Navy Pier, and right next door to the 21-screen AMC movie theaters.  Opened in 2007, Niu immediately became the neighborhood's favorite dining destination.

In 2014, Niu B Sushi & Noodle Bar opened in the chic, urban renewal South Loop neighborhood, boasting of incredible views of Lake Michigan, Grant Park, Soldier Field, and is in close proximity to the McCormick's convention center.

The first Shang Noodle & Chinese opened in 2017 and is situated in the high net-worth suburb of Downtown Evanston with the backdrop of the prestigious Northwestern University.  With the successful business model of its first location, Shang Noodle has expanded two more locations in Streeterville Chicago and South Loop Chicago.
