PSQUARE HOSPITALITY
PSQUARE was founded in 2007 to fill a void for fresh, cool, and innovative Pan-Asian cuisine in the Chicago market. PSQUARE Hospitality Group currently operates 5 restaurants in the Chicagoland area, ranging from luxury to fast casual restaurants.
We opened our first restaurant, Niu Sushi in Streeterville in 2007, back when the area was still untapped and a food desert. Our restaurant concept paid off immensely: fast forward to 2021, Streeterville is now one of the fastest-developing neighborhoods in Chicago history, home to luxury high-rises, hotels, shopping, in addition to world-renowned higher learning, medical, and cultural institutions.
PSQUARE’s goal is to dominate the contemporary Asian food and beverage market in Chicago. We are proud to have established a fantastic reputation in the industry, and have built a tight operation internally to ensure accountability and profitability.

Opened in August 2007, this spacious 6500sf pan-Asian eatery in the River East right next door to the AMC Theatres combines original design with a rare sense of humor and adventure. Niu's fluid, sexy, casually luxurious dining room can accommodate up to 225 guests, so large parties are definitely welcome.
Niu B Sushi & Noodle Bar
Opened in 2014, a homage to sushi & ramen, Niu B Sushi's eclectic menu is inspired by Tokyo izakaya bar in a space evocative of a modern Japanese diner. Executive Chef Jimmy Cao has developed a network of purveyors to supply the restaurant with hand-selected, sustainably-harvested fish and seafood as well as sustainably-raised kurabuta pork to anchor a rustic menu of simple, imaginative fare.
Shang Noodle & Chinese
First location opened in 2017, Shang Noodle aims to both honor and elevate the Chinese culinary tradition of handmade noodles. With an emphasis on high quality ingredients, classic techniques, and thoughtful presentations. We want to delight our guests with an affordable meal that satisfies all of their senses. Our concept may be rooted in the past, but our execution embraces contemporary tastes.
Shang Noodle is expanding fast and just opened its third location in the Chicago area.
